Entrepreneurs across industries, from pre-launch to exit – this conference is for you. The mission of HUSTLE is to engage, promote, and grow the local and regional entrepreneurship community in Nebraska and the Midwest.
WHAT
This is a conference for people who don’t like to sit still. Keynotes, workshops, Q and A's, panel discussions, and networking activities – everyone will leave with new connections, ideas, and knowledge that you can bring to growing your business.
WHERE
One of our anchor sponsors is Creighton University's Heider School of Business. We'll be moving throughout the building during the course of the day, with an indoor/outdoor After Party in the Old Market hosted by our friends at Brickway Brewery.

FRANZISKA ISELI
Sharp-witted, Swiss born Australian (or “Swaussie”), Franziska is a maverick entrepreneur, global brand strategist, fearless adventurer, author and the co-founder of Basic Bananas, Oceanlovers, Moments of Humanity and The Data People. In 2013, she was awarded the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award recognizing her innovation, creativity and philanthropic involvement. Franziska is a board member with Entrepreneurs Organization and on the judging panel for Singularity University Australia. Her books include The Courage Map: 13 Principles to Living Boldly, Perception: Take Charge of How Others View Your Brand, and Bananas About Marketing: How to Attract a Whole Bunch of Customers. She has been featured in Inc., Forbes, Business Insider, and SmartCompany.
LEWIS SCHIFF
Lewis Schiff is the Chairman of Birthing of Giants: The Princeton Fellowship Program for Business and Moonshots and Moneymakers: The Oxford Innovation Conference for Business Leaders held at Oxford University. He is also host of the video series, “How I Did It: Step-by-Step Explainer Videos from Fast-Growth Entrepreneurs”. Schiff previously founded Inc. Magazine's Business Owners Council where he interviewed some of the most accomplished entrepreneurs in the world and has written several books on success, including The First Habit: The One Technique That Can Change Your Life and Business Brilliant: Surprising Lesson from the Greatest Self-Made Business Icons. As a successful entrepreneur himself, Schiff built and sold two media businesses to publicly traded companies, iVillage and TheStreet.com.
JAY WILKINSON
Founder of the Do More Good® Movement, Jay has dedicated his career to leveraging business as a force for good. The nonprofit organization is on a mission to inspire and support the establishment of 1 million Do More Good® Companies by 2030, fostering a global shift towards ethical and sustainable business practices. With a track record of founding over a dozen companies and investing in more than 100 startups, Wilkinson exemplifies the success that comes from combining profit with purpose. His expertise has been featured on CNN and other national news outlets, highlighting the critical role of purpose-driven companies in the American economy.

We will have two breakout sessions during the day, when attendees can select which session to attend. Topics include 10xing your business, Startup and small business capital, Advice from the CEO's Attorney, Attracting and Retaining Talent, Branding Toolkit, Marketing Strategy, AI for Entrepreneurs, and more.
DISCUSSIONS ON GROWTH
Short interviews with successful local entrepreneurs, Q and A's, panel discussion with local business leaders – delving into first-hand lessons from successes and failures, the entrepreneurial mindset, knowing when to pivot, and the role of entrepreneurship in the future growth of the region.
CONNECTING
There will be plenty of organic networking and relationship building happening throughout the day, but we'll get things kickstarted with a speed networking session. Each attendee gets matched up with new connections that make sense, based on an algorithm and information you provide ahead of time.
